BFS Capital offers Private Money Loans for income producing commercial real estate, Nationwide. We specialize in the "out-of-the-box" transactions that conventional lenders will not consider in today's challenging credit environment. Rates and terms are reflective of the strength of the transaction, and may be comparable to bank rates for those transactions considered lower risk loans.
Private Money Loans are available for most income producing commercial property types, including those properties in transition, foreclosure and bankruptcy, and other special situations where a reasonable repayment strategy can be demonstrated.
We do not require up front fees prior to issuing a Term Sheet.

Property types: Income Producing Multi Use Properties: including multi-family, office buildings, mixed use properties, light industrial properties, shopping centers and warehouse properties. We will also accept
Special Use Properties: such as flagged and stabilized Hotel and Gas Station Properties, Auto Related properties, Golf Courses and Marinas. If unsure, call to discuss your property type.
