LOAN TO VALUE: to 80% LTV* on Multi-Family and Mixed Use properties.

to 75% LTV* on Office, Medical, Retail, Warehouse, Self Storage, Mobile Home Parks and Auto Service, Repair, Body and Paint Shops.

to 55% LTV* on Light Industrial and Restaurant Properties.
CREDIT SCORE: minimum credit is 680 FICO
TERM & AM: 30 year fully amortizing loans available
FIXED RATES: Fixed rate loans available for 5, 10 or 30 years
Today's PAR rate as low as 9.75%, subject to credit score, property type and Loan-to-Value
